Never Forget.....

Solemn words, but oh so true. We never want to forget our fallen or standing heroes, sheroes, their families, and the losses we have seen.

This ATC was created for my Secret Sister in our SCS Blog Group, the Designing D.I.V.A.S. The shop I supply here in town is opening an extension shop for the summer near the lakefront and probably the biggest display she is going to have is Americana. So, I have been making banners, tags, placques, etc. for awhile now in the Americana theme. I had never made an ATC before although I have seen many and always wanted to, so this was the perfect opportunity and since I'm in the Americana mode, that's what I went with.

Take care, take time to remember and appreciate those who have given their lives for us and those who are still fighting to keep us free, because freedom is never really free.

I haven't done an ATC card. It looks like you've done a great job on yours...nice work :)

Very pretty. I have made a few ATC's and they are quite fun.

This is pretty. I really like this. It reminds me of the 4th of July celebration my town has every year. The main part of town is closed to traffic and there are tents set up with vendors and lots of fun stuff for the kids to do.

Well, what can I say - great post. (Also loved the one below it too - charming!)

It's been challenging this last little while for me. My focus has wavered I must confess, but my heart is good in spite of blue-screened Fatal Errors, crashes, 'puter woes. I've had dr. appts AND our air went out (I'm in south Florida... 95 yesterday) so I've not been on my blog nor have I come 'round to visit. Interesting week; )

Great list today on MaidenShade Matters, "How Long Can I Keep It? Shelf Lives for Common Foods".
